How can I place an order?

Orders can only be placed by telephone at (216)-244-4736. We pride ourselves in offering you the freshest product possible. We do not keep stock so each order is made especially for you. Please allow at least 2-3 days lead time for us to make your order for your special occasion.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

We do offer free hand deivery to the following Zip Codes: 44070, 44102, 44107, 44109, 44111, 44113, 44116, 44126, 44135, 44140, 44144, 44145. Delivery is $12 for all other areas in Cuyahoga County on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please indicate which day you prefer when placing an order.

We do ship in Ohio. Because of the nature of our product we ship USPS priority so please allow 2 days for transit. Shipping and handling charges will vary depending on the size of the order. One (1) box of 12 pops cost $16. Each additional box to the same address is $10. We do not ship outside of Ohio.

Can I get a timed delivery?

OH, Cake Pops! does not guarantee any specific timed requests but we do appreciate knowing time frames when someone will be home to accept the delivery. For example: 9-Noon, Noon-4pm, after 4pm.

What do you do when a recipient is not home at the time of delivery?

OH, Cake Pops! will attempt to leave undeliverable products with neighbors. If a neighbor(s) is/are unwilling to accept a delivery on behalf of the recipient, OH, Cakepops! will attempt redelivery the following day, unless ther delivery arrangements are made.

Will you contact the recipient prior to delivering the arrangement?

OH, Cake Pops! will make every attempt to deliver without contacting the recipient.

What are your policies for Business deliveries?

In the event that an order is delivered to a place of business, all deliveries may be left with a receptionist or any other office attendant, unless prior arrangements were made specifying otherwise. OH, Cake Pops! is not responsible for any gift that is not properly handled. If no one is willing to accept a delivery, or if the business is closed, redelivery will be made the following day, unless other delivery arrangements are made.

What are your delivery policies for orders that are shipped?

Is there sales tax on my order?

All orders are subject to Ohio sales Tax laws and tax is included in the listed price.

Do I receive an email confirmation after I place my order?

All online orders will receive an email conformation. Telephone orders will receive an email conformation upon request.

What if I do not receive my emailed confirmation?

If you do not receive the emailed confirmation of your order, please contact us to have one resent. In the event of technical issues, a receipt will be mailed to you.

How do I cancel or change an order that I placed?

Please call (216)-244-4736 to cancel or change your order.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes, OH, Cake Pops! uses a safe and secure billing company for processing your credit card.

What is the shelf life of a cake pop?

Cake pops have a shelf life of several days at a cool room temperature and can last up to 14 days when refrigerated. We do not recommend freezing cake balls, as it will change the moist, rich consistency. Humidity and temperatures above 75 degrees have long been the enemies of chocolate confections everywhere and cake pops are no exception, so we recommend keeping your OH, Cake Pops! in an indoor, climate controlled location.

Do you have gluten free products?

We are currently working on a gluten free product line. If you are interesting in being contacted when our line arrives please send us your email.

Do your products contain any nuts?

Certain flavors have nuts on the outside of the pop. No flavors have nuts inside however all pops are made in a facility that house nuts.

In our kitchen, cake pops are either potentially exposed to or contain wheat, eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy.

Do you customize your cake pops?

We love to customize pops for your special occasion. Take a look at our Gallery Page to see some of the custom pops we have created. Please contact us for a consultation.

Can I choose the box they come in?

We offer a gift box that holds one dozen (12) OH, Cake Pops! that has been designed especially for our product. If you would like the gift box please let us know. This box is automatically used for shipping.

For hand delivery we use a classic heavy duty paper gift bag in our signature colors or a gift box.

How many cake pops do I need per person?

• We recommend two or three per person. You won’t be able to eat just one!

How many flavors can I have per dozen?

One flavor is available per dozen. For a variety of flavors please see our Signature Blends Collections. For large quantities please call to customize your order.
