Delivery Policy

Delivery Days: Tuesday and Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

  • Please be advised that delivery times cannot be guaranteed. All timed requests will be noted and prioritized, however, OH, Cake Pops! cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Please contact an OH, Cake Pops! representative with any specific questions or concerns regarding your delivery.
  • In an effort to maximize efficiency, OH, Cake Pops! reserves the right to call recipients to schedule deliveries.
  • In the event that a recipient is not home, the OH, Cake Pops! delivery driver will attempt to leave the package(s) with a neighbor.
  • In the event that an order is delivered to a place of business, that delivery and all deliveries, may be left with a receptionist or any other office attendant. OH, Cake Pops! is not responsible for any gift that is not properly handled. If no one is willing to accept a delivery, or if the business is closed, redelivery will be made the following day, unless other delivery arrangements are made.
